Who we are
Dream India Production provides music recording, audio and video production, classes and related creative services. This policy explains how information is used when you browse this website, send an enquiry, create an account or place an order.
Information we collect
Information you provide may include your name, email address, telephone number, billing address, account details, order information and project requirements. Our website and service providers may also process technical information such as IP address, browser details and session information for security and website operation.
How we use information
We use information to answer enquiries, manage accounts, process and fulfil orders, arrange agreed services, communicate about projects, prevent fraud, resolve disputes and meet accounting or legal obligations. We use project materials you supply for the service agreed with you.
Payments
When online checkout is enabled, payment is handled by the payment provider shown at checkout, such as Razorpay. The store keeps order and transaction references and payment status. Full card details, CVV and bank authentication credentials are handled by the payment provider rather than being collected by this theme.
Razorpay processes information under its own privacy policy.
Service providers and external websites
Information needed to operate the site or fulfil your order may be processed by our hosting, ecommerce, payment and communication providers. Contacting us on WhatsApp shares your message with WhatsApp and the studio. Links to social media or other websites are governed by those providers’ policies.
Cookies and embedded videos
Cart, checkout, login and security features may use cookies or browser storage. Song thumbnails, YouTube videos and other externally hosted images may send technical information to their providers when loaded. Playing an embedded video is subject to YouTube/Google’s own privacy practices. You can manage cookies in your browser; disabling essential cookies can affect cart or account features.
Retention and security
We keep information for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, order fulfilment, accounting, security and applicable legal requirements. Access is intended for authorised people who need the information to provide these services. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
