These terms apply to purchases and use of Dream India Production’s website and creative services, including music recording, production, mixing, editing, classes and related services. Service details, prices and any applicable taxes are shown in the product listing or agreed with you before purchase.
Orders and scheduling
Provide accurate contact and billing information. An order confirmation records your purchase; studio dates, session times, project scope and delivery arrangements must be confirmed with the studio. Payment alone does not automatically reserve a particular appointment or calendar slot.
For a service priced per hour, one quantity means one hour. For a package, one quantity means one package unless its listing states otherwise. Review the description and confirm availability before paying.
Prices and payments
Review the final amount and any applicable taxes at checkout. Online payments are processed by the selected payment gateway. A payment failure or pending payment does not confirm that funds have been successfully received. Contact the studio with your order and transaction reference if the amount was deducted but confirmation is missing.
Cancellation and refunds
Our Refund Policy forms part of these terms. Sales are final, and change-of-mind or customer-requested cancellation after payment does not qualify for a refund. Billing errors and any remedies required by applicable law are handled as described in that policy.
Your project materials
You must have the rights and permissions needed for lyrics, recordings, photographs, video, trademarks and other material you ask us to use. Do not supply unlawful or infringing material. Ownership, usage rights, deliverables and revision scope for commissioned work should be agreed with the studio for that project.
Website content and external links
Website text, branding, artwork and media may be protected by intellectual property rights. YouTube videos and external websites remain subject to their owners’ terms. Availability of a linked video or external service is outside the studio’s control.
Service changes and issues
If a project cannot proceed as agreed or you believe there is an error, contact the studio promptly so that the issue can be reviewed. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
