No refunds after payment
Purchases of Dream India Production’s studio, recording, production, editing, classes and related creative services are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, withdrawal or customer-requested cancellation after payment has been confirmed.
Check before purchasing
Please review the service description, price, billing unit and project requirements. Confirm session availability, scope and schedule with the studio before paying. An online purchase does not automatically reserve a specific studio date or time.
Duplicate charges and payment errors
If you believe you were charged twice, charged an incorrect amount, or your payment was deducted without an order confirmation, contact us with your order number and transaction reference. We will review billing errors with the payment provider as applicable. Do not send card numbers, CVV, bank passwords or OTPs.
Rights under applicable law
This policy does not exclude any refund, cancellation or other remedy that must be provided under applicable law, including where relevant to a service that cannot be supplied as agreed. Where a refund is required by law or to correct an established billing error, it will be handled through the original payment method where supported. The applicable processing time will be communicated during resolution and may depend on the payment provider and bank.
